2. Using our website
By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or over to place an order.
3. Our products
We sell extrait de parfum in 50ml bottles. We try to show products accurately, but colours and packaging can look slightly different on screen. Please read the ingredients list before use and patch-test if you have sensitive skin.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can cancel for a full refund.
5. Offers
Our Duo pricing applies automatically when two different 50ml fragrances are added together using "Build your Duo": two Signature fragrances for £50, one Signature and one Reserve for £55, or two Reserve fragrances for £60. We may change or end offers at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
6. Orders
After you order, we'll email you an order confirmation. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we can't deliver to your address; if we do, we'll refund you in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. UK delivery costs £2.99 per order. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days, but delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellations, returns and faulty items
Your rights to cancel, return or reject items are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. We aren't responsible for business losses, as our products are for personal use only.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the BuiltByThree name, logo, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email info@builtbythree.uk first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
